Buildings were designed with care using a combination of warm inviting wood trim and large open spaces.

Our staff has been carefully selected to enhance the total atmosphere of home-like comfort. They are caring people who make our home pleasant for everyone. With our small number of residents, we are family.

All meals are served in our charming dining room. Housekeeping and laundry services are included as part of the service fee.

 

Affordable…

Room rent is calculated using an adjusted annual income formula based on the ability to pay. Adjusted annual income is calculated by deducting all out-of -pocket medical expenses. The rent is 30% of adjusted income.

The fee for personal services is $225 per month. The fee includes three regular meals a day served by the staff. Meals are carefully planned to offer variety and promote good health.
